How to use the Speed Changer

  1. Add your song.
  2. Click the clip and set Speed between 0.5x and 2x in the clip panel.
  3. Press Play to check it and export.

Frequently asked questions

Does speed change pitch?

Yes. This tool changes speed and pitch together. Pitch-preserving time stretching is not included.

Can I match two songs to the same tempo?

Use Match tempo under Transitions. It only acts when the tempo estimate is reliable.
